1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DentalReminder ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

DentalReminder is a product by ClinicBoost AI, developed by Prolysi Software Solutions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ClinicBoost AI.

2. Description of Service

DentalReminder is an automated appointment reminder service that sends WhatsApp and email reminders to patients. The Service is designed to help dental clinics reduce no-shows and improve appointment management.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Create an account by providing accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
• Be authorized to represent the clinic or practice you register for

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date

4. Free Trial and Subscription

4.1 Free Trial

We offer a 3-month free trial to new users. During the trial period, you can use the Service without payment. No credit card is required to start the trial.

4.2 Subscription Plans

After the trial period, the Service is available on a paid subscription basis. Subscription plans, pricing, and features are described on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

4.3 Billing and Payment

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Pay fees on a recurring monthly or annual basis as selected
• Authorize automatic billing at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Provide accurate payment information

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the billing period.

5.2 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, provide refunds in exceptional circumstances or as required by applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing communications
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts

• Use the Service to transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service in a manner that violates patient privacy or confidentiality

7. Patient Data and Privacy

You are responsible for ensuring that you have proper authorization to collect, store, and process patient data through the Service. You must comply with all applicable privacy laws, including data protection regulations in India.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You have obtained necessary consents from patients for data processing
• You have the right to share patient data with us for Service purposes
• All patient data you provide is accurate and up-to-date
• You will comply with patient privacy rights and data protection laws

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by ClinicBoost AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service unavailability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClinicBoost AI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClinicBoost AI, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of third parties
• Your handling of patient data

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Extended periods of account inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law
